Anonymous Morris are keen to give young people the opportunity to enjoy morris dancing.We work with Scouts, Guides, Schools and Youth Groups.
We offer a session between one and two hours in length.
In that time, we will perform a few dances, talk about the origins of morris dancing, then hand out sticks to everyone and teach a simple morris dance.
Our normal performance fee is £60, but we reduce this to £30 for youth groups and may discount further in cases of hardship.
(We also have contacts who can teach maypole and longsword dancing.)
